We've restructured the volunteer sign-up process by introducing individual volunteer accounts. This eliminates the need for manual registration via Google Forms, streamlining the process and saving volunteers time.

Admin Dashboard for Volunteer Management

Administrators have access to a dedicated dashboard where they can efficiently approve volunteers. They can also filter volunteers by event and check for any past issues or records.

Race Kit Redemption

Volunteers with race credits can easily redeem their free race kits through the system. They can also keep track of their race credits, including expiration dates, and monitor their total count.

Race Code Distribution

Gone are the days of manual messaging for race codes. The system allows administrators to upload race codes directly, enabling volunteers to access them seamlessly when available.
