It’s been a while since I last updated this page. The past couple of months have been pretty tough, and right now I’m just slowly finding my rhythm again.

👩‍💻 Work

I really wish I had documented each project along the way—my foggy brain would have appreciated having something to look back on. Still, here’s a quick rundown of the projects I genuinely enjoyed working on:

• Most of my recent work revolved around Amazon services—specifically Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) and Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS). I set up a full mail service for a healthcare company using Mailcoach by Spatie. I also configured the scheduler and activated Horizon in the background. Setting everything up on my own, especially the cron jobs (which I’d always been curious about), was both challenging and deeply satisfying.
• One of the coolest things I shipped recently at my full-time job was the AI Summarize feature for banking transactions. It helps bookkeepers understand what a transaction is about and provides context so they can categorize it more accurately. Seeing this go live felt really rewarding.
• I also deployed a Laravel + Filament project using Coolify, which gave me my first real hands-on experience with Docker—definitely a big learning milestone for me.
